How to Measure
Use a soft tape measure and keep it level and snug — but never tight.
Neck
Measure around the base of your neck, keeping one to two fingers inserted for comfort.
Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Bend to the side to find your natural waist. Measure there, keeping the tape slightly loose.
Sleeve Length
Bend your elbow 90° with your hand on your hip. Starting at the center back of your neck, measure across the shoulder to your elbow and down to the wrist. Round up to the nearest half inch — a friend helps.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing naturally, feet together.
General Tips
Measure over light clothing, stand relaxed, and take each measurement twice for accuracy.
